- In the immediate future, customers will continue operating exactly as before, using the interface at spotdata.com. 

- Emails sent to SpotData’s customer service will be forwarded to support@adcorelocal.com and copied to you as well, so that eMediaTrade’s support team can respond promptly and ensure your concerns are addressed efficiently.

- Next, as integration is completed for each customer segment, you will be invited to begin using the eMediaTrade platform. At that time, you will receive detailed onboarding instructions. The new platform will closely resemble your current workflows, with added improvements.

- Soon, all customers will be on a single, comprehensive EDI platform, enabling streamlined transactions across media sellers, rep firms, and agencies of all sizes and geographies.
